Terms and Conditions

1. Participant Commitment
Participants are required to be present for the entirety of the program. Full engagement is essential for the success of the
experience. Participants understand that one level of the program builds on the previous one and therefore they are not
allowed to enroll in the Intermediate Cohort (IC) unless they have completed the Foundation Cohort (FC) and completing
the IC is mandatory to enroll for the Advanced Cohort (AC). This is because anyone who skips a level will be lost in the
next level.

2. Recording and Replays
Recording or replaying program sessions is strictly prohibited. Participants must acknowledge and accept this condition
prior to enrollment. Participants can however take screen shots and make notes for themselves during the program.

3. Refund Policy
Once enrolled, participants are not eligible for any refunds. This policy is in place to ensure commitment and
accountability. Participants must confirm that the program schedule works for them before making payment as there will
not be a deferral of registration fee to another cohort in the unlikely event that they could not attend or complete the
program for any reason.

4. Commitment to Completion
Only participants who enrolled are allowed to participate from start to end of the program and they are not allowed to
share participation with any 3rd parties. These terms are instituted to foster a serious approach to the program, reinforcing
the expectation that all participants will fully commit to completing the course personally and not by proxy.

5. Pricing Structure
The pricing framework includes standard rates, early registration discounts, and incentives for returning participants.
Therefore, participants understand they may be paying different fees. Please note that applicable taxes (13% HST) will be
added to the quoted prices. Pricing for couples is calculated on a per-participant basis, with no automatic discounts
applied.

6. Referral Commissions
Participants who refer new enrollees will receive a 10% commission on the paid amount. Commissions will be disbursed
at the conclusion of each program cohort, provided Springwells had prior knowledge and approval of the referral.

7. Independent Decision making:
Participants understand and agree that the consulting services, financial education, insights & information shared do not
constitute advice to make any specific investment decisions, but to allow participants make better informed investment
and financial decisions independently, for which each participant will be solely responsible.

8. Independent Legal and Tax Advice:
Participants agree that where expert opinions are required on specialized legal, tax and other subjects, the participant will
consult relevant professional(s), for independent expert advice or opinion as necessary.

9. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Participants agree to keep confidential, all personal, corporate and financial information relating to Springwells, its
owners, officers, business partners, business models and strategies shared in the course of the program. Such can not be
disclosed or shared with any 3rd party without the written consent of Springwells.

10. Governing Law
These terms and condition agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario/Canada.
